Current tenants

The block's current tenants are Greek, Chinese, East European and African. All nice people I have met since my aunt who used to own this apartment passed away in August 2017.

The area is quiet and has access to not only a closeby Police station and a gym across the street but supermarkets, 24 hr kiosks and coffee shops.

It has city center access via the Ano Patissia subway station and a few bus and yellow bus lines.
